It's ao.com   they are ringing trying to sell insurance/appliance covee for something you've bought from them before you've even received the item!

Ao only just bought appliance not yet got it delivered but trying to sell additional insurance etc

Same as red1 comment, bought appliance, not yet delivered but want to sell your insurance cover!!   That's how they make their money if you take your money

Wondered who it was Mister Number keeps carting it off kicking and screaming as suspected spam. Sounds about right then lol as cooker not delivered yet!!

Phoned landline and mobile several times but leaves no message. Agree could be AO.com as have ordered from them but not had item delivered yet.

Selling warranty/insurance before purchase even delivered. Think this is ao.com’s usual attempt at making even more money out of you. Tactics.

As everyone has mentioned, this number is indeed AO.com trying to sell you a warranty/insurance for an as yet undelivered item. Calls you multiple times, first on landline then if no answer immediately on your mobile. It's verging on harassment. Absolutely ridiculous.

They asked if they could call ref Insurance Protection with the promise of an improved delivery date.
I have had calls on both land line and mobile BUT NOBODY EVER SPEAKS!

AO.com. about to deliver dishwasher with 12 months guarantee yet they are trying to upsell additional insurance items. Hotpoint are the same. Purchased from John Lewis with 2 year guarantee yet Hotpoint (Indesit) rang and tried to upsell. This should be made illegal. Possibly the next misselling scandal.

Assumed this was a spam call because of the delay between accepting the call and anyone answering. Voice said "Hello this is..." as I cancelled the call. Glad I didn't wait longer!
