Calling themselves direct parking. I was stupid enough to express mild interest in their "investment" and since then they bombard me with calls, emails at least 3 times a week and they use different phone numbers so its impossible to get them to leave you alone. Sick of them and the whole thing is obviously a scam its all over google guaranteed returns blah blah. Twenty grand for about 10 yards of tarmac is really ridiculous. Just do rudimentary checks on the company and the director is sunning himself in malaga in spain.

It's Toby Whittakers latest venture after Storefirst. Guaranteed returns of 8 % blah blah blah. Paid up to 46% commissions to company that's got a winding up petition this month. Just google his name and scam.

Part of a network of recently formed companies promoting Parkfirst, with directors with some history.  This one links back to Phillip James Byfield who also goes by name of Gary Ambrose. Tony Hetherington's done a few articles on this guy. See you get the same 6 year sublease with 2 year break clause. The 8% for 2 years is built in, well you can guess the rest

If Toby Whittaker is involved with this lot then Google Capita Oak.  The first item is the link to the telephone number used for Storefirst and its presence on Whocallsme.  From that you can see just how much money he has conned out of people he has persuaded to invest their pension pots in that company.  If he is offering investments in any company he owns then run like H*ll.  As an extra warning, his son owns Waranty Wise, the company being touted by Quentin Wilson on TV.  Mr Wilson also touted Storefirst.

Know all about them Jeeves, court hearing later this month winding up Transeuro who took 30 million in commissions from Storefirst . Transeuro run by Toby's former directors and operated out of his offices. Parkfirst looks to be getting the same hard sell as Storefirst. Tony Hetherington warned of this network 2 years ago.

Yep seems words getting around, not just the media. He gave me the promotional material also , told me to tear into squares and hang behind the toilet door. Saved me some money on paper so good advice..

Well as an I.F.A thats about his limit. Or maybe he knew after his recommend  investement advice,thats all you could afford.

Its ok, he needs help. Has posted on other blogs all to do with this 'network' and likes to put people down when he cant put forward any constructive comments.

So it's now hit MoneyBox on Radio 4. Won't be long before its all over the press for the scam it really is. They tell me I get guaranteed 8% per annum for 2 years. "Then projected" returns of 10% and more. Yeah and will I ever see the returns in years 3 and after that? Not a chance. Its obvious they have just added the years 1 and 2 8% into the outrageous price of 20 grand. The guy on the radio explained they spaces are 10 sq m. That's really taking the p*ss. £200 a sq foot, you can buy a proper house for that. Direct Airport Parking Investment Ltd have emailed me 4 times in a week....... desperation setting in?

Oh and if you are stupid enough to want to buy a space at Gatwick they insist they scam you into buying Glasgow first. Thats £45 grand. Go and have a look at the office, market street Altrincham. Rented office so they can do a runner when the heat is on. Bunch of dodgy characters hanging about outside smoking. And here's funny. the email address they use is directparking.co Off to Columbia are they?

Hey now it was on Radio 4s You and yours at lunchtime today. First feature was on the pension scam where more than£30 million was scammed out of pensioners by a company involved with Storefirst then half hour later it was a feature on the Airport Parking scam. How do these criminals sleep at night taking people's pension money?
