Sorry Tania, you are wrong. It is smoke and mirrors. If you have done business with them you will be sorry later. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back! They are not regulated in the UK to offer pensions transfer nor Investment advice. Aktiva are now re-badged as Square Mile International s.r.o and are limited to insurance mediation only.
If you have entrusted your pension to them I would seek advice from a properly regulated IFA quick. I am up to my neck in the proverbial and it stinks!

I would seriously like to speak to "John". I am currently battling with the FCA who are categorically telling me Square Mile International are NOT authorised to give investment advice and that includes pensions. I am currently trying to unwind the pension product put together by Square Mile and it is horrendously costly.
