The number that comes up is actually a legitimate company who have had their numbers spoofed in order for spammers to get around spam call blockers.

I have spoken to the business owner who was very apologetic but assured me it is not their company calling people & that they have had to disconnect their phone number because of this, as they were in turn being bombarded with people calling them back because of spam calls using their number.

Therefore, if this number is randomly calling you, chances are it is not a legitimate company & they are out to scam you, as any reputable company would have no need to hide behind someone else's legitimate business number.
