P1551NG people off in this fashion doesn't seem to be a viable business model to me.

I'm expecting a phone call. And these calls are coming in my landline, if it was my mobile I could probably block them or at least assign the number with a name like "Nuisance Caller", Tw@t" or "Don't answer!!" etc but I don't know how to do that easily on my landline.
