Showed bit of interest in there investment but after a bit of googling decided against , car parks with guaranteed returns but an investment from same people is getting bad press.

As you say, Storefirst, run by Toby Whittaker are involved with the Capita Oak con.  This was persuading people to invest their pension pots into into storeage pods with fantastic guaranteed returns. Needless to say, the only thing the investors got was an empty pension pot and misery.  For more information Google Capita Oak and the second item down is the connection to the 'phone number on this site.  As an additional warning Warranty Wise, as touted on TV by Quentin Wilson, is owned by Toby Whittaker's son.  Mr Wilson also touted Storefirst.

Its his brother Lawrence Harley Whittaker, not his son.  The names to google are: Dylan Harvey, StoreFirst, ParkFirst, Capita Oak, The Money Forum.  Do a director search on both brothers and have a look at the average age of a company before it folds
