This is RTA Business Consultants who are known crooks. They offer to sell your business but they have no interest in selling your business at all. Their real motive is to trick you into signing a barely legal contract that they know you will be forced to cancel or renege on and when you do they’ll send you a bill for £5000. If you don’t pay, they take you to court. This is how they make their money, not by selling businesses. Google Paul O’Reilly RTA consultants and read the Daily Mirror article on this crook.

Autodialler, rings off. the telephone is a great invention until abused by companies like this.

Great advice. I just rang them on the freephone number. When Hassan answered, I just asked him to hold, went back to him twice and asked him to hold again, then I hung up. I shall be doing this every day from now on.

These are driving me crazy!!! Wish they'd stop calling!!!

Received an unsolicited call from this number from someone claiming to be calling from "Business Consultants" asking if I wanted to sell the business.  The number they called is not (and never has been) our listed business number, but they had my real name from somewhere.

Happens all the time  with the same question they waste business time.

Just called but when answered they hung up

I continually get calls from this number, but no one is on the line...just a few beeps, then more silence!! I have no business so why do they call? I will be sending them a message via e.mail thanks to info on this thread to tell them to desist!!

Just had a call from the number below asking a staff member for the owner of the business.  My directors are unavailable, staff member told them that - very rude so I tried a call back.  Said number not availablle

This company is RTA (Business Consultants) Ltd (www.rtabusinessesforsale.com). They appear to have paid Virgin Media for direct access to voice mail accounts as very often your phone will not ring and you just get a text stating you have voice mail. I have complained to Virgin Media but they claim to have no knowledge. Cannot see another way that voice mail could be accessed unless Virgin Media are knowingly providing RTA with access. Actually there is a new technology out there that allows these companies to get into your voicemail without your phone ringing.  It has nothing to do with the carrier giving them access.
