Received call from the same number.  Stay silence for 2 seconds, then I said " Your call is recorded for service improvement"  It hanged out immediately lol

It was extremely frustrating to receive a call at inappropriate hours, even so during a public holiday, and worse, while I was overseas. The overseas dial tone should have been a clear indication, and basic respect for privacy should have been observed. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the response was rude and dismissive, and the caller even had the audacity to hang up on me. Shockingly, I then received an SMS from 2901 almost immediately stating that my plan had been deactivated. This is entirely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer sensitivity. I immediately contacted Digi customer service and lodged a formal complaint. I sincerely hope Digi will investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate action against the staff involved, and ensure that all representatives are properly trained to respect customers’ time, boundaries and circumstances.
