They keep calling me and asking for my former partner.  When I tell them (again) that it's not his phone number, they just put the phone down before I get chance to ask who they are.  When I phone back I get a message saying they are "something" Claims, but I can't leave a message and they say they'll call back.

This number has phoned me several times now.... It is from a company called Portal Claims.... Don't know why they waste their time calling me, I just lug all calls from strange numbers.

I too have started getting calls from this number since yesterday.

I too have had a missed call from 01634733156 today.

3 calls day before yesterday, 2 calls yesterday they didnt leave messages and when i picked up yesterday they hung up????? No further call today...maybe they were offended by my tone yesterday...hope i didnt cause them any distress?!*

i just got call off this num 2day but missd it if its stupid claims ppl im just ignorin it coz its got be scam coz if u had any claim ud call a claims person urself

This number keeps calling me. Whenever I answer there are voices in the background but nobody addresses me, then the call is disconnected. Quite frustrating. If the company behind these calls is reading - F**k Off, I'm fed up with it and don't want to speak to you. I hope your company fails, epically. Losers...

I did get a call today from this number...01634733156..was in a meeting. No message left by them...Idiots

Same here, just had a missed call from this number so googled it & foound this page.

Have been getting calls from this number since last week. Would put the phone down if I pick up. When I rang back, ther was a message "Thanks for calling photocrimes/calltocrimes or something like that"

been getting missed calls every weekday from this number for last 2 weeks- never any message left and when I did pick up once, there was nobody there. I think it's a scam - just googled the number and found this page.
Maybe they ring you enough, expect you to ring them back to see who is calling and get a call charge out of you or something- that's the only thing I can think of.

I have emailed them and asked them to cease calling people. i too have many calls and they simply put the phone down as I answer.

i did warn them I would contact the police and thier regularitory body if it continues. Suggest you all do the same.

If it is indeed portal claims I can understand why they've been calling me. I have had some trouble last week with my bank, they overdrew £1000 more than they should have and it took some sorting out. It was just after this incident I started getting the phone call to both my mobile number and house phone.

I just checked out the portal claims website and they deal with claims to do with banks such as ridiculous overdraft charges etc.

So somehow when something happens with your bank or your accounts they get wind of it and call you to see if you want to put a claim in.

I'm not sure how some people found out the number is from portal claims but I think it's pretty likely it is since my circumstances surrounding this phone number makes perfect sense.

Been called everyday in the week at least once by these people for the last 4 weeks. Very, very annoying!

happened to me as well around 8 pm when i was watching manchester united play.who would phone at that time, seroiously!
