It's the stockton midwives, I think at the surestart centre off Yarm Road.

Know this for definite as I spoke to them

in touch with them often as daughther with special needs leaving school soon they are to help with her options

It is the bog standard Stockton Borough council number. All calls from there are from them are through this number, be it  midwives, tees achieve, the library or the rent office, this is the number used!

Didn't recolonise this number, they phoned for quite a while so I ignored it.

its stockton council they chase rates etc, they make sure they call you when you have asked them not to,, i.e. i drive for a job so they always call when i am at work and cant answer the phone as it is against the law to use a phone and drive, it does not matter how many times you tell them,,they ignore me so i ignore them.,

It is generic number for any department of Stockton on tees council. Unsure why I have a missed call at 2.45pm on a Sunday as they are all closed!?!

Got a call from this number showed up as one thing saved up on my phone but turned out to be Stockton council transport division

be careful people can call you and text you from any nunber even your moms number or use your nunber to text soneone else, its called number spoofing. phone back on a trusted number.  just had a call from them, rang back on diffrent number and apparently they didnt contact me, stay safe!
