When I answered this number, there was a recorded message saying that if I'd borrowed less than £10,000 I could apply to have up to 70% of the debt written off. So I guess automatic message goes out fishing for customers to be part of some scheme where people in financial difficulties pay fees to companies to try to get their loans written off. Better to save your money and go to one of the free debt advice services!

Ignored the call, no VM left...

Just called me. Very nice robot man on the phone.

I just got a call from these guys, but they hung up! What?!!

I have had 4 missed calls from them, assume they're some sort of ppi scam

Read that others had calls from this number and that they've been dialled several times.  I'm the same.  

As others have indicated it's trying to get business for unsecured debts/PPI and indicates recent legislation... (just listened to the first few seconds then hung up).  When you dial the number back after you've missed the call it's another message saying "Thanks for calling the survey team, if you know the number... etc.."  Hung up quickly after that in case it was going to charge out a higher rate.  Seems unusual it's not an 0845 or 0870 number which I've had lately for other spam type calls.

This number is constantly calling and then hanging up when I answer. If the call is not answered no message is left. This number calls almost everyday sometimes more than once. Very annoying.

Had a call this morning and they hung up after one ring before I answered and had a missed call just now... no messages left. Looks like the dreaded (should be banned) automatic dialling system and a call centre
