I'm also in Switzerland and this person called four times today! The first time some automated message came on in French and I hung up. The second and third time I ignored the call. The fourth time I answered and there was silence.

Is there anything one can do about this? Judging from the comments they seem to target specific countries at a time.

je reçois aussi des appels de ce N° et impossible d'avoir un correspondant lorsque je refais ce numéro.
Il s'agit sans doute d'appels depuis une entreprise de publicité dont le numéro commence par:
01 70 44 .. ..
car je reçois aussi des appels avec les numéros de postes suivants:
77 30
73 60
78 20
