Dont know number, they are asking for someone that isn't me?  3 phone calls today.

Crystal home improvents group, they have taken to calling me now every day but hang up if I answer and dont leave messages! Great sales technique!

They just called me and did the same thing.

Well what idiots they are! I've actually made an appointment with them to quote me on some windows that I would like to change. I will let them go through the whole thing, string them along, give them a hard time and tell them that I am not interested any mare, that I have changed my mind. Can't wait! 😈What a stupid technique. 5 calls today! 😡In one of them I actually spoke to them. The others they actually hung up as soon as I answered. Yesterday they called me 3 times and hid their number and I didn't answer. Then they called on the number above. Today when it happened I called the provider of my phone and they identified the number to me as it was the last call that I had received.

They have been calling me too.

It is number from company Crystal Windows & Doors. I gave them my contact yesterday.
They are offering new doors and windows...

I've already told this company that I've installed new windows and door with another company and they are still ringing me, 18.40 Wed evening 25/02/2015.  They used to ring me 1-3 times a day if I didn't answer a private number would follow.  It started with a man at Homebase bothering me for my details.

Crystal Windows & Doors.. they must be idiots as I live hundreds of miles away from them and with literally a multitude of such companies about in my region why on earth should I want to use them...still if they want to waste their time I'm happy to oblige until I get bored and then I'll simply block their number...!

Just had a cal from crystal  - had a quote about 5 years ago but never bought as too expensive. They called a few days and offered managers discount so price was nearly half price - what a bunch of jokers.told the caller I am tps registered and fed up with calls - she hung up. Did 1471 and number withheld. 5 mins later phone rang once and stopped did 1471 and got this number which I now see belongs to crystal. No right to call once yet alone twice

They keep calling every couple of months even though they already installed 3 new windows & 2 doors for me Christmas 2013... and I said I was OK and happy with everything and didn't need anything else. Crazy bunch of people.

They installed 2 windows for us, and now call multiple times each week. They don't show the number they're calling from, and usually hang up as soon as I answer. They must get commission for each "call".
Finally confronted the caller, who claimed "our system is down, we can't see which numbers asked not to be called anymore" - which is obviously a lie, as the system is working well enough to give them my number.

They were very rude about the whole thing, so I'm no longer a satisfied customer - avoid Crystal Windows!

Why not be the first to report them under the new Law which comes into force on 1st May.  It will be an offence for any UK based company (even if using overseas call centres) to use withheld numbers when cold calling.  Such calls should be reported to the Informatiion Commissioner's OLffice with a view to prosecution.

Chose Crystal Windows to replace all my windows and doors about a year ago, now getting regular calls asking if I need any further double glazing products. Avoid this company.

Loads of calls from this No.I have't answered one I let my answer phone take all my calls if no one talks tough luck they can spend their  money on call charges, there is a  scam going round with some one using 0708 prefix they ask you to ring back and you get charged a nice chunk of money   on your phone bill
