I tried to call back inserting a 6 in front of the number, Somebody answered " Emergency admissions ".
Looks like it is St Helens Hospital inbound.

I apologised and hung up,  Please admin remove the suggestion to insert that 6.
as it will annoy the Hospitals.

I did what you said and the BT engineer is wrong as it put me through to the NHS addmissions ward?
We had a lovely chat he was English speaking and quite genuine that he had not rung me and did not know what was going on/ Oh well back to  the drawing board

Just had a call from these (Anglian Windows). I asked them to take me off their marketing list to which the guy replied "well I can do but it will void your 10 year guarantee". Idiots!

Just got a call from this number. I answered 'Hello?'
Woman ion the other end said 'Hello, Mrs X?'
I replied 'Who is that speaking and where are you calling from?'

The rude cow hung up rather than give me an answer!

Thing is, there is no Mrs X here, and there never has been a Mrs X here. There is a Mr X here, and also a Ms Y. So I know it's a cold call - telemarketing under some sort of guise, I expect.

I can confirm that what you were told by one of our telecanvassers, was incorrect! If you wish for your number to be suppressed from our database, it does not affect your guarantee.

If you wish to be suppressed then please email customer.services@angliangroup.com with your name and details, and they shall suppress you. It will take a maximum of 28 days, starting from the date the suppression was activated.

I hope this helps and I am very sorry about our employee who gave you false information.

Ive just had this number call me, and they just hung up, I rang the number back and it said " this number does not exept incoming calls" ???? what is this ?.............I wanted to say something, utter nonsense, but things that would freak them out, but I didnt get the chance : /
