'Michael' from EE was calling to apply a 40% discount to my phone bill for the year, and required my  email address to send me a code, I obliged at this stage, although I knew it was a scam. Sure enough, an email comes through with their 'verification code' that they needed off me to confirm my ID......Problem is, the email said 'Hi, Here's your passcode to change your password'

Not sure why they need to change my password, but naturally I laughed at them and called them ou tfor what they were
