it's an NHS number and for me its the minds matter team (mental health) but it can be for any number of reasons normally its just to arrange an appointment or to remind you that you have one.

Got a call from this number, called it 52000 the guy said he was from a housing group. Not mental health Aka confused

A male asked if he was speaking to the lady of the house.Yes.He said his name was Alistair from Benefits UK and asked how I was.I said apart from usual chest pains.The line went dead.If he had said he was from somewhere in Asia I would have believed him.

Called number and a recorded message said that it was NHS and they would call back

I keep getting a call from this number saying is NHS and nothing to worry about when I try ringing it back I just get the same message I’ve had this message several times now do you know how I can trace someone to actually talk to
