After several weeks of silence they are back!!! Same rules apply - I'm an iPhone user who never answers this number, who posts every-time I get a call on here ... still annoying though!

Just had the number call me, (iPhone as well). checked on google whilst it was ringing, found this page and declined the call.

this number keeps calling me twice a day along with 08080 011101. last time this happened i got conned and had to cancel my cards and get new ones! although no1 speaks i think they charge you for answering!!

They have phoned me 18 times in the past week.. and im on contract and it costs for me to anwser the phone to them.. they asked me about my insurance (i dont have any) and i played along with it. didnt realise the phone call would cost me?

i'm fed up with these calls... is it true you really get chrged if you answer??  just had another one.....

hahahaha they are jokers!! had another call from them today on my mobile (vodafone) sayin they could do me a cheaper insurance deal!!! hahaha yh ryt have alreadi bin conned by them and have now taken out a new contract wiv orange 4 weeks ago, not had a single call from them on my orange contract.... makes me wonder if vodafone are also in wiv the scam??

I've had a couple of calls from this number and don't like answering calls from numbers i don't know as they're normally sales based.  My phone contract is with Vodafone and is a Prada LG, which is similar-ish to iPhone.  I must say that this website is extremely helpful and I have used it on so many occasions so thank you to all!

dont answer these calls they r a con once they have you card details thats it they take money without your knowledge and you cant get a refund dont worry vodafone dont give out your details they pretend to have your details but they dont very rouge BEWARE keep you witts about you

do not answer the phone its dodgy the ring and then get u to call them back as they hang up when u answer they say they gonna reduce you insurance to 3.61 a month get you card details and take a lump sum thiefs they are they are not registered company been in contact with trading standards thats the best way forward cant get any joy with them they are jokers i agree

Got called a month ago gave them my details as I knew there was no money in it hoping they d forget about me as there was no money in the account just rang the bank and have been informed that they have been trying to withdraw the money since I gave the details which is over a month ago                              Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   They try your card for months until they get the money do not give details under any circumstances have informed the FSA everytime u receive a call phone the FSA immediately and report them as I have heard theyre under investigation by them anyway keep a log of all calls and hopefully they be out of business very soon speak soon and keep up the good work guys report the [***] and hopefully the pest will be gone for good

had a call from brightphone again last week gave them card details as soon as i realized who they were it was too late they took my last £80 out of my bank im a single mum how low is that i know had to cancell all my cards because they would probablly take more how do they sleep at night THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wish they were what comes around goes around they time will come bright phone is that a real company or what cant be

Yeah, had a call another iPhone user. I had enough. They tell me my that if I have insurance with my bank they don't cover you for water damage, and that what a load of bull. They cover me for everything loss included. I think they need a bit of training or least need to know what they are doing as they they make out they are a legitimate company and have an 0845 number but yet they choose to ring from an 01792 number as they are full of it. How do they do it, or at least sort it out and stop calling? They are full of [***]. [***] phone will be no more shortly, trust me, and we can have peace then.

ive just had a call....guy: hi im phoning from BrightPhone ( i think) about your mobile phone insurance. me: oook... guy: i understand you pay 9.99 a month at the monent, is that correct? ...me: no im not insured.... Guy: right ok... he puts the phone down.
Thats when i thought, that was strange, why didnt he try to sell me insurance?? so i googled the number and ended up here...

I just received a call from this number, and thinking it may have been important due to a spate of unfortunate things happening, i answered it. How stupid! The woman went into a big long speil about how she was phoning from Brightphone Phone Insurance and was checking to see how my current phone insurance was. When she asked if i was paying £9.99 a month, i said no, she then asked if i wanted to take their insurance. When i said no again she then asked me why  not. I said i was covered under my home insurance so she hung up on me. What a cheek. I really hate these people!!!!!!! Mobile phone companies have a lot to answer for selling our numbers to other companies!
