A lady introduced herself as Helen Carr from Southampton, quoting this number and the company name. The lady seemed sincere on the phone, but when I tried to google Aquil Natural Choice Southampton as she quoted, nothing came up.

Your compant rings my number and I'm registered with TPS, so simply you are not a company people should be doing business with... poor practice. Maybe you don't control how they operate but you do work for them, so maybe feedback it's not a good way to do business from a customer perspective. I have not given permission to your company to call me with marketing calls, regardless of whether I have previous orders with you. If I wanted to order something I would, without a phone call!

I've had calls from this number to ask how I'm getting on with a product called Biokrill which I bought for a friend so no point in asking me!  So I asked them to take me off the list (as suggested above) and the girl was really nice about it.  I just hope they don't do these follow-up calls to people  who have bought something of an embarrassing nature!

Totally agree with Darren: If it's inconvenient, nobody should HAVE to answer the telephone. Hence the invention of answering machines! If a company is genuine and has nothing to hide, there should be no problem with leaving a message. I'd never work for a company that benefits from hounding and hassling people - which, I feel, is what this kind of calling is. It's simply against all my principles. If I want a product, I'll look it up for myself, thank you very much! These people have no consideration for others; simply hell-bent on making money, Get some morals!!

The phone has rung 3 times today, from this phone number, each time hanging up in a few seconds before it could be answered.

You folks need to check some laws. If I manage to answer in time on your next attempt, I will ask to speak to a manager, and discuss whether I will have to report your conduct to the Information Commissioner and Ofcom.

I have a free app on my mobile called "Should I Answer". My mobile only rings when it is from my contact list. You can set it up to meet your own instructions.

Exactly the same as above.  I also brought a product from them now they call me every so often, and never leave a message. I've blocked them.

I don't why you're defending this, when you're working for a company that CLEARLY breaks the law. All I can say is aiding and abetting doesn't get you off the hook. If anything, you've just implicated yourself in law breaking activity. Welcome to the dark world of the criminal empire.
