Same Voicemail mobile phone message. Claiming if you don,t respond using this number, Your National Insurance Number will be Terminated,. This is done to scare you into answering, they would then prize from you Bank Details your genuine N/I No and the Your Money and your Identity is Compromised. "Hang up" Turn the phone OFF and DELETE the Message if you have the facility Delete Block and even better  "Bounce it Back" to them which tells them You Have "Rummled Them". THEY ARE SCUM Treat them like it.
