    Number +0192 is froud, can present themself as microsoft support and other thing to help with virus, hacking, etc.

    Got a call from this number today, I answered but didnt say anything, someone on the other end kept saying hello but I didnt respond since the number looks pretty shady. A tonne of background noise as well. I think it is scammers. After a minute of me not responding they just hung up.

    There was some woman talking in a foreign language saying something and hung up after 2 seconds.

    They have only called me once as I'm typing this. They called 5 minutes ago at 2 pm.

    The 0192 number often comes up on my PC (Windows) while on line, not on the phone but as a web page with a blured Microsoft logo....its a blatant fraud trick and the message keeps telling me my hard drive is faulty,which it isnt .....its awkward to get rid of so I immeadiately shut my PC down for 5 minutes which clears it. I have had this message about once every 2 weeks.
