Just had a call off this number. A woman asked for me by name, fortunately all my landline calls are recorded so I know exactly what she said. "My name is Eloise, I'm acting with a group of contractors in your area. I'll keep this really brief. I'm sure you've seen the news and the papers that under the new Government guidelines everyone is now being contacted so firstly you're going to remember that we all had this 40% price increase on gas and electricity last year and on the back of that the Gov......   Unfortunately for her the battery on my landine phone died and cut the call just before I would have done. Sounds like roofing insulation contractors where they try and get people to have a survey done..
