I am registered with the TPS and they rang me today. At a glance the number looked like my sons and I thought there was a problem when I answered all I got was a recorded message starting "you were called today for marketing purposes, you nee to take no further action etc" then I hung up. This company isn't alone in defying the TPS, it happens all the time. Time for a change in the law I think.

TPS does not work

Got a call today from this number but no-one spoke and then it went dead. I live in West Wales

When you get these calls all you have to say is
what are you wearing and trust me they never phone back :-)

Just received a silent call from this number, so much for them "not using that software" any longer. Is it just me that wants these irritating vacuum-heads wiped from the face of the planet?

Live in North Wales. Number flagged up was Warrington code so before answering thought it was one of our friends there. Woman asked if I were who she said and I confirmed. Seconds later I realised it was a cold call and told her we were with the TPS although I might as well have said I was in the Brownies for all the clout they have. She rang off, how rude!

Ahead of some imbecilic polititians these arrogant obnoxious parasites need taking out with a Kalashnikov if I had my way.

They just rang me in Cumbria - I didn't get to the phone but checked up the number as is a landline number.

Asked for me by name. I asked who was calling. "Diane from Moneysaving Telecom" "Goodbye" "Goodbye"

Why can't TPS do anything about these scum?

To the people on here who say TPS doesn't work.  It works with reputable companies who "scrub" their calling lists to remove TPS registered companies.  Rogue companies do not obey TPS rules and, if they ring you, you need to report them to TPS.  Unless everyone who gets these calls reports them nothing will be done.  TPS do not know these companies are ringing us as they do not monitor all the 'phones which are registered.  They are not Big Brother.

Just been contacted by these clowns, found their company number is  07242614. Perhaps someone who has access to info with company house could find out the name(s) of the registered directors and then we could find out their home telephone numbers and we can start phoning them at inconvenient hours.

Missed a call from this number but they had left a crafty message on the machine. It was left in a way that sounded like the latter half of an important message, I.e. "...so if you want to get in touch with us about this please call 0845 0267895" with no mention of who was calling or the purpose of the call.

I'm not happy with this and will be contacting the TPS, and if it continued, my local MP.

ive just had another call from this number so chose to answer.
No one at other end, so decided to keep the call connected, until i got bored of holding.
