Roxburghe/Graham White are a popular combination among parking companies that have no authority to issue penalties, they will give up after a while of passing it to graham white, the man on the next desk. Dont fall for these scams and never pay a parking ticket on private land again.

These companies deal with so many compaanies operating illegally, I wouldnt bother giving them the time of day, if a company believed they really owed them  money you would be in court by now, they know it would be laughed out.

I am beginning to actually feel sorry for this company as when they call me I keep them on the line for as long as I can. Thay ask me to verify I am who I say I am. I ask them to verify who they are and tell them that they are the ones who have phoned me so they must know who I am.
They tell me that they need me to verify I am who I say I am because of data protection laws, so I tell them that my data hasn't been protected as they have my phone number and my name.
I keep playing tennis with them like this for ages. Record up to now has been 38 minutes without me giving any of my info out. It must be costing them a bomb in phone bills.

hi yes im getting the same number coming up on my mobile , they will not leave a message , and when you call the number back its constantly engaged. wont stop ringing, same time every day!! very annoying! does anyone know how to block this number calling me on a mobile?

Hi yes this is Roxburghe UK limited and they are a debt collector with a long history of harrasment and general abuse. they also ask for all your personal details to confirm who you are tell them that you do not give those details out to just any body who call and start asking a load of your own security questions e.g. company name and full trading address etc and they soon hang up and stop calling

I received a call on my landline and didn't answer it. Just googled the number and found your page.

Keep getting calls from a mobile number and now this landline number but when u ring back is a message saying thank you for calling and someone will be with you shortly which I found strange as most major proper companies say who they are so I cancel call I don't answer numbers I don't know but would love to know why there ringing me any ideas. Do they only deal with parking fines or other issues  please help

They deal with all types of debt collection and they just keep harrasing you no matter what you tell them.

Debt collection agency, despite being told i am bankrupt and it illegal to harass me for the debt they keep calling and texting, twice a day or more.

Have now reported them under Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act to the official receiver.

they were also told that the reason for the bankruptcy was because I had cancer and was no longer able to work - I was told, anybody can say that!
