Everytime it rings for 3 seconds then it stops. Even if i pick up its always silent. Might as well just block

This number call me, telling about celcom fiber promotion, i did give full address but i said i will make decision later, then i call celcom care center they said they didnt have any record about me, and my house dont have port coverage at all.. this number is scam number, beware guys

Receive the call for many times, and two days straight. Truecaller's report is a Celcom scammer. Block already. So annoying
