I keep being called by this number, however it does not look long enough to be legitimate

My landline was called from this number on 29 Aug - line went dead when answered. What is this number?

Got a call at half six this evening. Foreign sounding woman kept demanding to speak to Frank Shaw. Didn't seem to understand that there was no one here by that number.

lady said hello and i said who is it  and they hung  up   call was 7.55 evening

recieved a call fron this number whilst on holiday .No message left . reading these posts it appears to be a scam line .curious as to how they were able to obtain my number as i am x directory. come on BT what is happening here then?

Over three days I have received 12 calls, each one about every three hours.  No one speaks at all.  After reporting this to my telephone landline provider, they told me that every time one of these comes in I should dial 1477 which will go straight to a police log for malicious calls.  They then investigate the matter.  Hope this information helps someone else.

Persistently calling despite being told it was a wrong number. On last occasion caller attempted aggressively to start a survey with me, wouldn't stop till I told him my number was registered with the TPS

Got a call from this number at 7:30. They were quite pleasant but I ended the call when they said they were a debt management company.

Here's a new one! They seem to know my name and address and think I have worked in a 'noisy environment'. Yet another overseas call centre pushing the compensation culture!

Hi I am 11 years old I got a phone call from this number 0203695211 and the person on the phone said I know your name , so I said what is my name then??? then they replied with my name then I passed my phone to my mum and then they hung up but I cannot call the ; I am from England and my phone number starts with 07

just received a call from this number, the woman was caliming to be from windows security, for starts this woman was foreign and with a number like this, is clear to be a scam.

They rang me and tried telling me they have received messages I have a virus on my computer. They tell you to get to your computer and tell you want to press so they can get into it. It's a scam. All they want are details to rob you blind. As soon as I told them they are a scam and all they do is scam and rob people blind they said ok and hung up. Just tell them there getting reported. They hardly ring back after that.

The full number is 02032 903523.with reference to me requesting a call back. I made no such call. Obviously a cold call.

Stated I had requested a call back for technical support. This is a criminal scam
