nuisance caller - even though they have the wrong number they will continue to call

This number is for the collections department for cash plus prepaid mastercard

This lot called in my overdraft in December 2013, constant calls ever since.   Problem is, they forgot to tell me they had called it in!!! so I have just been making my regular payments twice a month.    AND THEY HAVE PUT BLACK MARKS ON MY CREDIT FILES.  

I called customer service several days ago out of desperation and this in when I discovered the above, they admit I have never been told and still demanded a full payment there and then.

Very Very Bad Customer Service.

It is CashPlus and I've just contacted them after they left a message on my mobile to ask them to cancel the account. They are not great, been a member now for over a year - nearer 2 years and I missed one Credit Builder payment of £4.95 and I get completely bombarded with calls it's ridiculous. Luckily I don't need the account, it was never used which is why I forgot about the payment and it was only a week late. I would personally advise you to get rid and go elsewhere, their customer services are poor. The fees are the same unfortunately wherever you go, some are higher but you live and learn.

Every month they get paid by direct debit, until today, they said they never get DD, i said you do, how you get paid, they hung up on mem, never gave an apology nothing, anybody thinking about CASH PLUS do not use, they are run by foreign staff often some can hardly understand you, be WARNED, need reporting to financial OMBUDSMAN

Cashplus. They're rubbish. Much better (and cheaper) prepaid cards available  (Pockit are fantastic)

Cash plus missed a payment. Asked for lower rate  they wrote off the debt .which I still continue to pay

Paying them regulary still get constant calls. Ive blocked thrm now theyre ringing me at work all the time!

Its cashplus , they froze my acount for no reason and they whould not tell me wy. they retuned my pay to my employer but left £30 ouerdraft on my acount i have asked them to close the acount they have no called me back now they are hounding me for the money, Dnt use this company thay are rubish the there customer service staff too.
