Triumph Towers is an investment consultancy company and we have no direct dealing with the day to day running of the companies/investments that we promote. We operate under the promotions act (section 21 of the FCA guidelines) and the investments that we promote are exclusive to High Net Worth Individuals and/or self-certified sophisticated investors. We do NOT give financial advice and we strongly recommended that the investor seeks for professional advice from an IFA to verify if the investment is suitable for them and fully understand the risks involved.
If you are thinking of investing in any of the investments that we promote you should know the following:
We do NOT handle client’s funds, or the income derived from such investments.
We do NOT take part in the decision-making process of the companies you decide to invest in AND we have no say in the day to day running of those business.

Triumph Towers is not authorised or regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and does not deal with any regulated investments under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The value of products or assets and the income derived from them may go down as well as up and you may not receive back all the money which you invest. The services described in our website may not be suitable for all people. You should seek your own professional legal and financial advice as to the suitability of any investment or service before you enter into any transaction with the companies, we promote. Any information relating to past valuation of products or assets is not necessarily a guide to future performance.

As a company we go through all the information provided to us, we do extent due diligence on the investment product and its provider, we then run it by a solicitor to get a legal opinion on the product before we decide to promote it to potential investors. On that same note, before we introduce a potential client to any of the investment products that we promote we make sure the client understands that these investments are exclusive to HNWI and/or SCSI and the relevant certification form must be signed by the client to verify he or she meets the criteria under section 21.
Before investing you should know that, In the event of an investment failing to meet expectations Triumph Towers cannot be made responsible for the investor’s loss.
If you wish to contact us to talk to us about an investment you made through Triumph Towers, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
    Kindest regards

Spamming Shill Posts Reported - Too Future Readers looking up this number - Be VERY Careful about calls from "Triumph Towers".
The posting of the same long piece of shameless self-praising propaganda is consistent with what any scammer/common crook does when busted: They Deny, They Lie.

PS - To "Triumph" - You were busted here as well, using name variations going back to at least 2016 or 14.  Bit of nasty history you have.

    Dear Mr B-Edwards,
    Thanks for your reply.
We appreciate your concerns regarding our company’s history. We would like to clarify a few key points you have made in your recent message and previous ones regarding Triumph Wealth and Triumph Towers. Unfortunately, we did promote IPR Capital to HNWI and SCSI back in 2013-2014. Before we decided to work with IPR, we did the same amount of due diligence as we would have done for any other investment provider at the time - and ran the information by a well-known barrister in London to get a legal opinion on the product.  The driving force in our decision to work with IPR was the fact that one of the biggest SIPP providers in the UK, who had also done the necessary research on IPR Capital, approved IPR as a Self-Investment Pension Plan product.  Unfortunately, we were all under the impression that it was a well stablished organisation ran by professionals in the investment world.
You are correct in saying that the investors that Triumph Wealth introduced to IPR Cap lost their money. unfortunately, so did all the investors that were introduced by all the other agents. Having said that, we would like to clarify that we were not involved in the day to day running of that company nor did we have any knowledge at the time of the Directors intentions.
To add to this, we would like to make you aware that as soon as we were informed by the City Police and Trading Standards of the SCAM behind IPR we ceased all operations and communications with IPR Cap. Furthermore, Triumph wealth was one of the only firms that didn’t disappear when this happened. We were very corporative with the investigators from start to finish and there’s a reason why we are still trading today.  The city police and Trading standards must have records of this information, if you wish to verify its authenticity please don’t hesitate to contact them.
If you have any information that proves that Triumph Wealth or Triumph Towers are involved in any illegal activities or scams or have been in the past, other than the un-sustained comments you have in numerous occasions point out in this forum I urge you report it to Trading standards, with evidence.
That aside, I now refer to other comments you have pointed out in this forum. With all due respect, as ridiculous as this is to us we would also like to clarify that regardless of our director’s appetite for music, whether it may be Rap, Electronic, classical or any other genre that he may play or listen to in his own time, or has played, recorded in the past should not be used in the slightest to question his integrity, professionalism and/or labelled as a criminal.
I trust this has answered any doubts you or any other reader on this forum may have but If you wish to contact us to talk to us directly please don’t hesitate to contact us.
    Kindest regards

The contact us page of this scam outfit https://www.triumphtowersinvest.com/en/contact/      shows a picture of a modern office building. Google street view shows that the address is really a residence:
    https://www.google.com/maps/place/Charlbury+H ... QxB0wAHoECAAQAg

The Madrid office does not look anything like the picture on the contact us page, and does not list them as tenants.

    Dear Mr Lewis,

Thank you for your interest in Triumph Towers. Like many others in this forum you are mistaken and the information that you have shared is speculative, far from the reality and in simple words, wrong! Triumph Towers is NOT involved in fraudulent activities in the slightest and/or any type of Investment SCAMS. To clarify,  If at any stage we get approached by an investment SCAM it’s our duty and mandatory under our company’s code of conduct to report it to Trading Standards and the police, so should you.
    Our registered office address is:
Charlbury House, 54 Charlbury Crescent Yardley, Birmingham B26 2LL. This can be checked on company’s house. (This is not our trading address)
    One of our many Trading offices is in fact the office we have in Madrid;
Madrid, Calle Velázquez 27, 1º ext. izda

On that note, it is imperative that you and other readers on this forum understand that we have an ongoing agreement with the office provider in Madrid and we will continue to do so for many years. To clarify any doubts, it is part of Vasari’s (building operator) business model to not list the names of the companies that operate from their building. I invite you to come to our offices without notice at your earliest convenience to verify that we are in fact trading from this address. On the other hand, our new website is under development at the moment as we are consistently improving our services, the contact section wont included visuals of buildings we trade from. Having said that, if we do decide to use a skyline image of Madrid, Birmingham or London in our contact section of our website please don’t try to find us by using a magnifying glass simply refer to the address provided in that same section and go to google maps to locate us.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to speak to us or if you need further help trying to find us.
    Kindest regards
    Triumph Towers
