They ring me everyday for nothing just wasting people's time

they always call me about thames water , I have to report to police next time .

Had a call from this company (Fredricksons International Limited) on the 8th September, 27th December and today. I told them on the 8th September that the person they were calling for was not known to me, had never lived at my address (a new build) and I asked them to remove my number from their database. On the 27th December I told them the same thing and that any more calls would have a fee of £10 p/m for me having to tell them the same stuff. They just had me on the phone for 9 minutes and I told them that the invoice was on the way to them. They spoke to a manager who gave me the address to send it to them. That's a £90 invoice in the post to them. I would encourage everyone else to use a three strikes routine with these companies. It is very easy for them to implement a system to remove numbers and check new lists for these whitelisted numbers, and it's cheaper than paying hundreds of people like myself and Richard Herman (another person who invoiced these types of callers).

Keep phoning day and nite cannot speak to me as I have the wrong name and date of birth

Keep getting calls from this number asking for a Mr Mark Lang??? I have only had the number a few months and no one of the name Mark Lang??!?!?! Leave it to go to the answer machine now...

Tell them you're 13 or mentally disabled and if they continue to bother you you will take legal action or say you are the carer of the person ... They will leave you alone... Have done this many times:-)

Just received a call on voicemail and a text from these people.Annoying as I have no idea who they were asking for.

Debt Collection Industry‎

Got the same from these people today - first a text message, then a phone call (which I didn't answer) , then an automated voicemail message.  Straight to the blocked list!!

I've started sending my own spam to them via their website.  Two can play that game!

I had a call from them this morning saying BT had transferred my debt to them, a debt I paid last August!  When I asked them to call me back as I wanted to check my bank account she agreed, but so far they have not called back, so I suspect it is a scam!

got a msg called back quoted thats not mei justed moved in here, ah ok then maybe the previous tennent and removed my number from the system, very frindly and helpfull.

Remember:
Whilst these calls are annoying, no one is obliged to respond to them in any way.
The suggestion that people should contact them to "put things right" is a form of assistance to them which in the circumstances they, as the primary instigators of the unsatisfactory situation, are not entitled to nor should receive.  If they have got things wrong you should be the last person to help them.
The correct approach from them should be a letter explaining the situation and asking for your help, to which you may reply or still ignore if the matter does not directly concern or involve you.
Otherwise, simply block their numbers on your phone, nearly all of which now have this facility.

I have only been called once, and blocked this number. However, i have got a large number of texts from this company which according to my phone have no number attached! I can't seem to block these texts because there's no number to block them from... Any ideas on how to prevent them?

Fredrick something or other keep calling from this number several times a day and leaving messages for me to ring back, im deaf i have a mobile for texting not ringing i have told them this on the phone even though i cant hear them talking i say im deaf i cant hear you. Pisses me off as it wastes my credit and i have to ask a friend to listen to my answer phone messages everyday they leave loads so sick of it now

They continuously call my house number asking for a carol Davies..."you have an international call for Carol Davies, press 1 to answer or 2 to decline," I have never heard of a carol Davies in my life! Nuisance callers......DECLINE!

if you have a smart phone you can go into blocking mode and block it

had a call at 9.27 am from this number google search led me here again these fredrickson people from what I have been reading seem to be dodgy to say the least, I have spoken to them in the past and requested they remove my number from their records but this hasn't happened as here are two more numbers they have used to call my landline number
01204772955 and 08458396044 I am registered with tps and also I now have a bt8500 phone with which you can block any calls you choose.

I got a call a few minutes ago from a synthesized male voice saying it was "Very Important" to listen to what he was saying. He (or rather "it") then told me to press "1" if my name is Brian Thompson and "2" if it's not. I just hung up the phone without pressing any number. For the record, my name isn't Brain Thompson. In any case, I just don't see why I'm obliged to answer any questions that a person (much less a computer!) asks me over the phone. I don't have to answer questions and I'm not going to. After all, would women like it if a computer phoned them an asked what colour knickers they're wearing? Of course not...

For the record, I'm on the TPS list and have been for many years, but it's just a paper tiger which does nothing to stop nuisance calls like this.
