  The spam email for Emerging Property Ltd, below, is stamped out by the same cookie cutter and sent by the same spam channel as others that were routinely ignored until one for Montevino Partners https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/01474552260 caught my eye.

It seems I'm getting the same pattern of "alternative investment" offers by email as past cold calls from fraudulent brokers. A feature is that the web links in these emails try to mask what it is about unless you click on them. As I got around that hurdle, I was not turning up the tide of fraud warnings and forum entries that matched up to the silly wine, diamond and related calls.

 It isn't bricks and mortar and a title deed. Google "store pods" and watch out for cold calls about Emerging Property Ltd and student accomodation pods. (sic)
