All out going call from Charing Cross Hospital show as these numbers, to phone back you should have a number or look up the general number and the switchboard will put you through to the department you require

Its not only Charing Cross Hosptial but Chelsea and Westminster Hospital too, seems to be a generic number for NHS in West London

this is not a nuisance call just the hospital trying to get hold of you possibly for an appointmnet or change or times etc. this is the standard number from them.

I've just had three calls through the night from this number. I have no business with any London hospitals, and if they were genuinely trying to contact patients, they wouldn't call at 2 am. This thread is full of questions and no useful answers.

I have also just received 2 calls from this number. I AM waiting for an appointment at charing cross but expected a letter... the number calls, I answer, it hangs up!

However, it rang again a few minutes ago and I answered and yes... it's Charing Cross Hospital to arrange an appointment for me.

It could just be a glitch in their telephone system so persevere and answer asap when it rings.

Def Charing cross, just called it.  No reason for them calling me though now although prob on their data base from previous visits.  Must be glitch.

I have had 6 missed calls from them, Rang Charing cross claimed not them, said Chelsea and westminster they calimed its Charing cross, had investigation at another hospital a week before call, concerned important, can't ring back number so confused and off course concerned. Got through to appointments none for me
I do not believe this a hospital number at all. Try and call it, I work for NHS we have numbers to call back,

Tried to call it back but was either engaged or dead.

Rang it again today and now it is just dead.

I do have several appointments with Charring Cross but have no idea what department

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 02033113000. LAST NIGHT AT 23/46. NO MESSAGE LEFT. I TRIED TO RING IT BACK BUT KEEPS GOING DEAD.

I live in Scotland so have no idea why any hospital in London might be trying to call me. The message left just said this is Dr..... looking for Rachel (and got my last name wrong) can you call us back please. This is NOT the NHS as they would state exactly who they are what hospital they are calling from, why they are calling and would also give you a number to call back on. Weird.

Just answered the phone and the girl asked if this was 24? I said no and she said wrong number then hung up. Very weird.

It is Charring Cross, just had a call from them.

i have found this is not linked to the swichboard at the hospital but it is charge as a call back on your phone bill so dont ring it back ring the main number
