    TalkTalk has charged me for a call to 02033377348 lasting approx 6 mins on 9/11/25 at 17.35. I NEVER made this call and am worried my line has been hacked.  IMPOSSIBLE to get answers from TalkTalk.  Any ideas out there?

    Have got through to a chatbot with TalkTalk and they have agreed to wipe this charge but am still seeking answers and they say their technical team are checking.  If anybody knows who or what 02033377348 is please put info on this site.  Many thanks.

    This is highly likely to do with a TrueCall device calling its server for some reason, but it isn't the primary number used for uploading call logs for use on their web portal (which dials 020 8940 2212) and this number is dialled immediately beforehand on rare occasions.
