Claimed to be from National Lottery but spent the entire time probing in to my details and the answer to my security question. I later google the name and it seems to be associated with fraud?

Have checked with National Lottery. They have been contacting people about a security issue so it appears to be genuine after all

I had a problem in the National Lottery Gamestore. A game would not play. I was advise within the game to attempt a Reload. If this failed I was to contact the helpline(03332344433).
I was request to supply various security info before I got to a human. They asked for a screensnap to be emailed to them for investigation. They were aware of a problem.
Later I received a call from this number. Again requesting some security details. They asked if I was prepared to test a corrected version of the game to help verify the problem had been resolved.
I am, currently, awaiting the email with a link.
As I started the original contact, I believe the caller to be valid.
