These people call touting for business on behalf of premier claims plus & debt fee plus.  They use a foreign call centre.

I am the manager for Premier Claims Plus & this company whoever they are are not calling on behalf of us. Yes we claim back PPI for people, but we do not cold call anyone.

We are based in Preston England & do not use any outbound call centres, people request us to call them via our websites www.premierclaimsplus.co.uk / www.ppiwon.co.uk / www.allppiclaims.co.uk & we simply evaluate the claim & if they have a valid claim we are more than happy to investigate it on their behalf.

I have just experienced a cold call from one of our ethnic cousins called "ALAN" Lovely chat he just had with me, whilst I was eating my dinner and saying yes everytime he paused, which I pressumed meant he asked a question. He gave me the www premierclaimsplus dot co dot uk.

The so called manager of this company who made the original posting is probably as  uneducated as some of his staff that he employs. Firstly - if I had employed these ***** idiots which are obviously based overseas as they said good morning, at 7.00pm I would sack them for gross miss conduct as he could not even speak and understand the language of the customer he is suposedly trying to interact with.

Scum thats the word that comes to mind , these morons who keep phoning to tell me my account needs authentication or they need personal inf to decide wether to discuss a something which they rang me up about! Perhaps I am to harsh calling these scum, more like fcukin SCUM!!

A good tip is say yes to everything , they have a script and are so uneducated they cant deviate and work out that they are having the piss takien out of them !!

This caller are fake and criminal and claiming they are MONUMENT creditcard and
claim they have a PPI refund awaiting for you.

"Eric" called claiming to be "Monument Card" offering my wife a refund. I called the number back later and got "Eric" - suspicion immediately alerted because never in my life have I been able to direct dial an individual in ANY business the size or type that Monument is. I pass him onto my wife but we leave it on speaker phone and she has a bit more chat with him. It turns out "many of our customers have been able to recaim 100% of PPI payments plus interest. Ahem...SCAM!

Why would Monument actively contact customers to offer this?

On asking him whether he really worked for Monument and then to simply clarify which company he was working for he just kept saying "a different department"

Called me today at 1:30 pm telling me I was entitled to a refund from Monument. Stated as I used to have a credit card with Monument there was a refund waiting for me. All he would need to do was to transfer me to another number where an operator would ask a few simple questions "ALARM BELLS!!!!!!". Told him I was busy and just on my way out, he was quite insistant that I should deal with it then. Told him to ring back later.
My thoughts were initially that maybe the call would be transferred to a premium rate line and end up costing a packet.
I haven't had a Monument card for at least five years so I know I'm not owed any refund. Suggest to anyone receiving calls from this number that they bar it, or if you have caller display, list it as one not to answer. I'm going to do the latter and give it its own ring tone so I don't even have to look at the phone.

Dear manager for Premier Claims Plus stop cold calling me please.Along with 08437240827 and others ending in,914,429,195,183 in the passed month that i have bothered to record.But they don't just ring once a day!!Last week i just removed the lead to the phone and that stops the phone from ringing and i have peace and quiet,but it sounds like the phone is ringing to them.If something bad had happened to family how would the get hold of me? by mobile phone!! Please go away,far away.

Just had call from 02034 639370.  Claiming to be Monument and saying I could have all my payments back. They kept saying it was PPI but Monument didn't sell PPI it was Payment Break Plan.  Put the phone down but they keep ringing. Gather some people have been taken in by this and parted with "administration costs". Thank goodness for caller display.  Worried how they got my number
