They call nearly every day and I usually just reject the call. My phone records all conversations and I have told them if they continue I will report it as harassment

Receiving several calls every evening. Rang them back first time and answering machine came on Lifestyle...........I'm registered with tps so can't understand why I'm receiving all these calls. I don't know how to block calls. So frustrating!! Can anyone advise??

This particular company isactually overseas, using a faked UK number.  Even if it was UK based TPS could not do anything because it is not a call blocking service.  It is a voluntary code signed up  to by reputable UK based companies who agree not to 'phone registered numbers.  Rogue UK companies continue to 'phone but youhave to report them to TPS or TPS doesn't know you are getting the calls.  You need to know the calling company's name before you can report to TPS.  In addition TPS does not cover International, Withheld, Unavailable or Automated calls and Market Research calls.  If you want to block all unwanted calls you need a call blocking system or a call blocking 'phone.  You can checkthem out on Amazon or Argos and they cost around £40.  If you don't want to pay then keep your 'phone on permanent ansaphone.

Have had phone calls from this number for the past week and several times a day.  Until now have not answered call, but today I did as am getting fed up with them despite having blocked number.  American woman asking to speak to me - obviously didn't know me as pronounced surname wrong.  Says saying she is from Consumer Lifestyles.  Told her I wasn't interested and that she was not to call me again.  She then started to say something but I hung up.  Very annoying these cold callers.  Have added number again to reject list.

I know nothing about this number other than I have calls from it every day which I believe is harassment. I wish to have this number blocked permanently.   How can I do this?

I registered with the TPS a long time ago. The calls come every day on both my mobile and landline. I've tried complaining and nothing happens. It really IS time this was dealt with.

Calls everyday, i always miss the call though, finally got to answering them one day, they just hung up...

Annoying phone calls on auto reject now

These people rang me yesterday on the home phone under an International Unavailable call, left him chatting to himself once I found they where Consumer Lifestyles!  Then last night I left my mobile phone upstairs and this number had called, then just now they've rung again I answered hello it Raj from Consumer Lifestyles, funny you're the same bloke I left speaking to himself yesterday! Not sure if the other number I've had ringing this week that's quite similar is them as well!
I've know blocked this number on my mobile, but I've had these calls before and blocked the number but they seem to change the numbers on a regular basis! TPS is absolutely useless, don't ever seem to block any calls, haven't bothered signing with them as no point in spending money and it not working!

Always ask for me by name.
1st time they asked if they could start the survey; I said "No" & the guy said "Sorry for bothering you"
Same 2nd time but when I said no the guy tried to get pushy; I asked him to take my name off their list - obviously didn't work as they now call almost daily. I've now ignore the calls.

Depends, what phone have you got?

TPS was a good idea, however there are so many terms & conditions tied into almost everything nowadays, and a small clause allowing "business partners" to contact you, can make the TPS registration null and void.
My advice block it and move on.

Keep getting messages on my mobile from 1571 that I have missed a call from this number and they did not leave a message. However, there is no case of a missed call logged on my landline and I have been home each time and the phone has not rung. So how are they calling me?

Install Truecaller if you have an android phone. It's put an end to these sorts of calls for me. I can see this wretched number calls me every day but I am no longer disturbed by it.

Sick of this number calling me everyday

I've had five calls from this number within a week. As I have the Truecaller app it was already marked as cold-calling so I blocked the number. They are still trying to phone!

As the 0203 start number is associated with 99.9% of scam and unwanted calls, I have programmed my blocker to prevent any call that starts with these 4 digits from getting through. Gives me great pleasure when looking at my blocker's call log to see how many of the scumbags have been stopped in their tracks and peace and quiet.

Keep calling several times a day, even when I abroad on holiday, I answered oncethen asked them to stop ringing me but still happening! Nightmare
