Not really. Selling fancy or coloured diamonds is one of the latest boiler room scams doing the rounds.  If you checked out Action Fraud occasionally you would know about this sort of thing.

Because its got 25 Canada Sq and a 'Jacobs Snr' on company details, director for 20 days.

Be fancy Ltd inc 7th Feb was prev named B fancy Ltd inc  13th Aug 2013 now named changed to Mining Ltd 10th March 2014 previous Director a Mr Mark Jacobs.
25 Canada sq should ring alarm bells.

Be fancy = Jubilee Diamonds = Nichols Jacobe = another coulred diamond scam from Jacobs need I say avoid 1,500 mark up @jubilee diamonds avoid

Mining Ltd company reg  05134654 was changed to B Fancy Limited March 2014 .Recap:-

All changed within last couple months and with a common Director

Guess Jacobs had his dad as a Director for 20 days to get a shareholding.
All the company name changes will be a smokescreen.

In my opinion Jacobs has put up Edwards as the company stooge for when it gets closed down again.
Thats why shepard resigned from the company

I too had a cold call from be-fancy ltd, wanting to send me a brouchere on investing money in coulor diamonds and jewellery.  If the returns are to be belivied 18% plus per annum it would indeed be overwhelming good. Any way went along with it and said ok, but before I pay for the
Gems I would bring along an adviser friend of mine who wanted to get an assay report on this wonder gem.that wont be a problem would it........well apparently it was!  First of all I couldnt just turn up at there address as per brouchere, I had to give 2 days notcie..which is quite bothersome. ...and then every excuse for me not to have the stones valued, by this time he was really squrming so I said look I dont mind turning up at Angels House if it makes it easier for you...then he slammed the phone down.

It might be worth investing (sorry) in a dictionary before posting.  Having read your post, with difficulty,  I wouldn't touch your company with the longest barge pole I could find. Someone making such  grandiose claims should have at least a basic knowledge of spelling and grammar.  As investing in coloured diamonds is in the top 5 when it comes to boiler room scams I wish you luck with your court case.
