    "Hello, my name is Jacob and the reason for my call is to see if your home is eligible for the free National Heat Loss Check". He wanted to know if I owned the house but I said I don't answer any questions from a cold call.  Actually British Gas do have an offer for a Home Health Check but it will cost you £75, (reduced from £99) but Jacob didn't say he was from British Gas.
