life assurance returning a call

It's a company called LifeSearch and they are a life and CI brokerage company. I made the mistake of calling them for advice and although the advice was very helpful they have not stopped hounding me since trying to get me to sign up to a policy. Calls are roughly once a week but have just had one at work which annoyed me.

They are calling me frequently - had 2 missed calls this morning  (I had a quote on the internet for loss of earnings cover) and they are also emailing m).  I replied to the email telling them that they were unable to contact me on the given no.  because it is a spare number that I give out specifically to avoid sales calls and if they have anything of interest to mail me the details.  Needless to say they are still trying to ring me.

I have had numerous calls now from this number and found them to be a complete was of my time. I cannot trust a work they have said. Avoid them getting your number at all costs!!

I HAD THEM CALLING ME SAYING THEY WERE PART OF THE ORANGE COMPANY AND WERE TRYING TO SIGN ME UP TO A MOBILE PHONE CONTRACT HOW DID THEY GET MY NUMBER?

I have had 2 calls in the last 48 hours from them! dont know how to stop it, told them im not interested by they keep calling.

Silent calls, very annoying.

they have been ringing me every day... surely there is a law against this?  Its harassment

Its a company Lifesearch.... a Life Insurance Brokerage. I called for an Insurance  quote and even though I told then their costs and charges were too expensive and decided to go elsewhere  they continuously ring regardless. Thankfully I have BT Hub so I know the flashing number is them and just let it ring til it goes to the AP. They leave the same old message which I simply delete.  In the end they will realise the cost of leaving messages far out weigh the effort and the messages will stop. If not....... more fool them .

how they got my number ? they called me this morning and told me they r calling from a life insurence but i m not interested with them .

and they wanted my date of birth and post code i dont know how they got my name

I have been recieving calls on my mobile from these people, always during the day when I am at work and cannot answer my mobile, they kept leaving messages asked me to call back regarding a policy I have with them.  I was concerned as I have not had a policy with them since last year,  when I split from my partner.  I rang them back at my expense because I was worried that they had not cancelled the policy only to find this was a sales call and all they were doing was just trying to get me to buy some more life cover which I no longer need !

It shouldnt be allowed !

I have recently use this company and they are a life insurance broker.

I checked here before using them and was a little concerned. They got my number from an online enquiry I made.

To those above if you have given your details and don't want a call tell them, don't just expect them to mind read that your not intrested they may think its just a case of catching you at the right time.

They are a well respected company from the research I've seen endorsed by the likes of Which!

Have you informed them of this at all, or just taken the advice and hope that they guess your not intrested? Common sense or decancy would think that you would tell them rather then having a moan on here

I've had 5 calls from them today alone! We used them a few years ago, they called recently about reviewing matters and I said I needed to talk to my husband and would get back to them. Clearly they don't want to wait. Puts me right off!
