ve a bill of over £200.00p from orange mobile phone and i was told that comes from 02071320032 on the 2nd / 3rd/4th/ 16th of april 2010 can you please help me find out who is being on my account

This one here simple. firstly lets understand 0800 numbers are free on Landlines but not on mobiles.  Mobile companies wont even let you use your free minutes to dial 0800 numbers.   That is why many international calling companies give you a local access number ie an 0207 or 0208 number which can be dialed using your free minutes on your mobile.  So now you only have to remember one thing. 0800 number if calling from Landlines, 0207 number for calling from mobile and using free minutes.  
You have probably called "nigeria" Ade using LYCAtalk and instead of using your free minutes you have been charged for the 0207 access number. You may only be able to use your free minutes after 7pm and on weekends.((But 3/4th april was weekend. maybe you have used all of your free minutes.))  At all other times you will be charged and during peak time on mobiles you will be charged as heavily as you have. This can also happen on landline if used at the wrong times instead of using the 0800 number.

ALSO REMEMBER: Mobile phone companies provide telephone service at a charge.  if you then use their service to get access to another cheaper service, they wont be happy. As such they are always looking for new calling card access numbers used by customers to avoid the high charges and get cheap international calls. It may be that they found this number out and started charging for it.

02071320032 is the local access number for LYCA talk. This number is used if you cant use the 0800 number for any reason.  Like if you are calling from mobile and wish to use free minutes.

i applied this access number on my mobile free minutes i had no idea what hapen for me they used my all free minutes and i took some extra charges from my mobile then i knew its pure fruad case please help me how can i claim my amount to lycatalk /
