Call from Partners asking for someone other than me, asking me who I was but refusing to explain who Partners were. Told them to get lost. Telemarketing? mining for info, unlucky!

Was from Partners in Islington phoning asking if I knew where someone was because it sounded like they were having a heart attack when on the phone.

Partners are a housing association.

This number is for Partners for Improvement, they manage council properties; they would normally call from this number in relation to noise complaints.

They are 100% legitimate.

Partners in Islington uses this number (Partners manage the council-own street properties in Islington). It is the team dealing with anti-social behaviour / noise complaints. It is their "outgoing" number that is displayed, but it will not work for incoming calls. To speak to the ASB / noise team you have to call their main number.
