Paul Miller from CW Publishing Group keeps calling our offices to try and get our company to sponsor or advertise in one of their publications.

After reviewing the information and saying 'no thank you', they have repeatedly called back.  I get calls around every 2 months.  When Mr Miller decides to call, he does not leave voicemails but keeps calling, up to 6 times a day until he gets to speak to me or other PA's.

I have made my second official complaint today.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable business behaviour.

I agree, Paul Miller from CW group is annoying, unprofessional and just plain rude.

David Thatcher is another one from same company.  Harrassing people will not win you business.

I worked for CW Group and the names they give are not their real names, and therefore hard to ever trace them as they move on!

I used to work at CW Publishing.  You are not allowed to say you are calling about a publication.  You had to call it a report or an opportunity for you to reach new customers.  I never saw the publication I was calling on and even the senior, long term staff did not use their real names

I think that these complaints are extreme. CWPG have helped us in positioning our products and contribute to 3 Initiatives that have brought us returns. It is a shame that an organisation such as CWPG is stained by disgruntled ex-employees and companies that simply do not appreciate the value of the opportunity. In our experience their staff have been charming and helpful in getting us what we wanted. I would recommend to consider the business case and to at the least think about how your company could be involved. These comments are a misrepresentation.

got the call from them today. and i think Paul Miller has now changed his name to Robert. when i said you have called me a few months ago - they deny all knowledge and make you feel like you are the one being rude.

Neil Rose has been calling my pa time after time and is on the verge of aggressive tone all the time. Is he a CW employee or an fake name?

Neil Rose works for CW Publishing and it is his real name.  A rather obnoxious little man.

CW publishing are like lice. They won't go away!
