I have been called by a company, SRS Enterprise Limited, selling car park bays at Heathrow airport. I can buy 4 for 20K or 6 for 30K. A guaranteed return of at least 8%. Has anybody heard of them.

heard of that one, but the direct parking lot go under a couple of names. Just google parking investment see how many ads come up

I have received the paperwork from SRS today to purchase my four parking bays and bank details for the money transfer. I also received the pre- arranged telephone call at 6.30 to see if I had any questions. I told the salesman I had already sent the paperwork off. That's wonderful I am told, to my solicitor I reply. He's quite taken aback. Regains composure. More sales talk. I am actually showing a profit on the deal. All the mail they have sent to me have unfranked stamps and sae. Nice one. Thanks for all the input. Might keep playing them all at their own game. Happy hunting.

The unfranked envelopes are typ of scammers, they send them recorded del and then the  pensioner gets the call to say he's signed the contract and cant get out.
Loads of boiler rooms pushing this as well as storage moved on from wine, carbon etc

And the BBC are reporting last 5 mins of this prog. First 5 mins is about people who sold similar scheme with storepods

I have another call scheduled for Tuesday at 6.30pm to check if I have heard back from my solicitor. I have a funny feeling that the bays will not be available, sold to another client is my guess. I wonder how long I can keep it going.

Things are closing in on Group First.
I gave an interview to the FCA about 9 months ago, where the subject was an investigation into Toby Whitaker and Park First.
Last week the FCA closed Park First and prevented them marketing Luton Airport. I believe Group First will go to court over this.
