just had a call today from 020 7943 2810 ( a research company and nothing to do with water supplier company) cancelling an arranged appointment for 18th July 2016 with our water supplier. I wasn't happy with this phone call today so I called our water supplier to confirm this, who were equally concerned about this. Anyway, the engineer from our water supplier is just turning up now!

Lady with strong asian accent claiming to be Thames Water, advising that they had processed our 'final reading' and that our bill should be higher.  We haven't done anything like that.  I called Thames Water and they have no record of a call or any problem with the account.

Indian accented man said he was from Countrywide and that I owed them £1,200 in reference to a house sale. I don't owe Countrywide any money but I am concerned that they had the details of the house which I did have a connection to!
