Someone claiming to be from EE. When he realised I wasn't falling for his scam he told me to "F*ck Off" and hung up.

Scam. Called my sister - I manage her phone and sky accounts. Claimed to be o2 and said she was eligible for upgrade (scam clue 1 she isn't on o2, scam clue 2 her network has me as contact fir all matters). She called me and told me rhet we caking her back next morning, so I told her give them my number. They finally called (late) today but when I quizzed them about why they carried her and told them she didn't need an upgrade the heavily Accented woman hung up on me.

Cheeky ***** then called my sister back and said I had agreed the upgrade and to go ahead with her card number. It is because of scum like this that we had to put this arrangement in place. Given that they can trace stuff over ip when they really want to, why are governments so relaxed about this continuing fraud?
