persistent caller - loan company wanting to offer a loan at sky high rate- wouldn't give up calling so have now blocked them

paid cheap loans £125 by ukash n got asked for another £165 only to find they are scammin indiansssss

i had to temp close my bank account scammers

scamming cheap loans will not leave me alone phoned police getting something done not only scammed me out of  £125 but wants more money. CHEEKY SODS.

they had 180 out of me then 270 and 230 now they wont 332 pounds

this company rang me offring me a loan and asks me to send uk ash vouchers l sent £180 pounds in uk ash vouchers to get my loan and lay turn round and sad to me l had a bad credit history so thay could give me the loan and then thay sad l needed to send £150 pounds in uk ash voucher to cancel the loan they call it a cancellation fee to cancel do not send this people any money in uk ash vouchers l went down to citizens advice , CAB and they told me that thay are based in india in a call centre and thay have sent up and web sight over here and a phone number  l stay in the northwest and thay set up and 0161 and send thay were basted in manchester to get a realy loan it dosn't cost any money to get a loan there a lot of loan brokes on the internet that have a jonning fee to put you in touch with loan companys but watch them l jonned one and they did nothing for me l got a refund from them and saved up the money my self if this happeds to you log on to www.actionfraud.org.uk or ring them on 0300 123 2040 and give the details of the name of the company and who you spoke to and if thay have your bank details go to you bank and cancel your cards thay had my 16 long card no and still tryed to take money with out my concent l went to my bank and cancel my cards and thay havn't been in touch since

Offering me £4000 back on a previous bank loan asking for bank details !!!!!!!!!!!!

just got offered a £4000 loan and repay £165 month for 30months they want uk paypoint vochers of £165 the said they are 601 international loan on 223 regent street london, are they a scam

Yes, they are a scam. Don't pay them a penny. There is no loan.

I called Loan fincance solutions for a loan of £1500 and they charged me £59.99 as a admin fee, I paid this and 5days later I got a call from the number 0208 123 7086 advising me that they had my loan they took my bank detail and set up a direct debit for £150 per month however they needed me to pay a my first month up front and they my loan would be transfered with in 20 Minuets. I paid this with a Ucash voucher, once this had been paid they then asked me for a tax payment of £220. I thought this was a bit strange so looked up the company and found all the coments about them being a scam. I have told them that I would not be paying them anymore money and that the loan was no longer requested. The lady on the phone then told me they would not refund the £150 not that I expected them to after reading all the comments about. She also said that she would still take the £220 from my account.

I have called the Bank and got my card stoped and have advised them that its a fraudulant company and I have not autherised them to take this money. The have advised to upgrade my account so that I am covered. Overall this scam has cost me £210 DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY OR GIVEN THEM ANY MONEY.

they right scamming idiots, they have had 300 pounds of me so i could get my loan . now all i get is calls asking for more money. i wont my money back, how do i go bout it.

This is a scam company, based in India, using fake numbers via Skype or VOIP.  This puts them outside our law.  If you paid by Ukash voucher you could try contacting Ukash as sometimes they will give you most of the money.  To do this you will need a Crime Number from the police.  Ukash are a reputable company which sends money worldwide.  The reason the scammers ask for payment by Ukash vouchers is that there is no paper trail to follow.  If you paid by bank card you could try contacting your bank's fraud department.  Neither of these actions can guarantee you will get any money back, but it is worth a try.

If they have the use of a London phone number, who says they are "outside our law"?

Its not a London number. Even though it appears to be.

THIS IS A SCAM MY PARTNER WAS CALLED BY THIS NUMBER AND BEING A TRUSTING MAN HE WENT AHEAD WITH IT GAVE THEM MONEY THROUGH UCASH AND WAS TOLD MONEY WOULD BE IN BANK AT 110CLOCK IN THE MORNING , WE GOT SUSPITIOUS SO I PHONED THE NUMBER KEPT GETTING ANSWER PHONE SO I WENT ON LINE AND SAW THIS SITE WHICH CONFIRMED OUR SUSPITIONS . SO WE HAVE NOW HAD TO FREEZE THIS ACCOUNT AND STOP ALL CARDS. SO IF YO GET A CALL FROM FROM THIS NUMBER TELL THEM TO GET LOST
