    Tried to get me to take out a subscription for support to Family Tree Maker.

    Telephone call stating he was Sam from Family Tree Maker.  I had used chatbot to try and update to 2019 FTM. Agent was to contact me but no response and I ended the chat..  The following day 07.04.2025 I received this call which was unexpected. The voice had an Indian Sub -continent accent. He said it was best to take out subscription for 5 years at £341 plus £24 tax. I refused to pay and he called off.
