Got a call from "withheld" number today, didnt say anything, then an "unknown" number within seconds. The guy was SE Asian, polite and was offering to install an HD box - 800 channels, with one off payment of £280/annum and one year warranty for the box (not the service) and £100/annum for later year. Also, he said an engineer would come and install it to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, I do have Sky HD already and not sure if this is a dodgy box or legal, there is no way to confirm once installed. So was a bit sceptical and turned down the offer. Guy gave the above number for call back if I changed my mind or wished to refer anyone else, and said the company was called "Opal Multimedia".

This company is dodgy he done for 250 and it's only been a month and it stopped working and for the past days Im trying to call him and he doesnt pick up.

Do you know where they're located and the guy's name who installed it for you?

This is all fraud dont buy it!!!
