Looking to drum up new business. They have kept my number for over 5 years!

Telepest. Barnard Marcus girl. Talks and asks too many questions. Estate Agent. Very poor. Avoid.

This number rang - as soon as I answered, it put me on hold, complete with music and announcement saying 'please continue to hold, one of our representatives will be with you shortly'. Nil points.

Quite funny as in my case didn't realise it was them even though they just sold flat for me as they didn't identify it was them! I sent text saying didn't appreciate having machine calling then telling ME to hang on for "someone"! Btw as estate agent must say they were ok as they got acceptable offer in matter of days, well over asking price. But the spamming does em no favours.

The caller is a scare mongerer from the disreputable estate agent called Barnard Marcus who are ambulance chasing residents on the Caterham on the Hill area (where there is a prospect of potentially 157 houses being built on the Bellway strip). This is just poorest practice and unprofessional. They ignore the fact that you number may be ex directory and listed with TPS.

Really shameful!
