who called me

Had a lot of prank calls. This one - Recorded message on phoning back say "you were called from portsmouth hospital trust". GP surgery does not recognise this phone number. Not sure what to make of it.

I think this is a reminder call from Portsmouth NHS Trust about an upcoming appointment, which it seems repeats regularly until answered.

I had this number ring me several times today when I answered phone went dead I have no appointments so annoying having to keep getting up to phone when your 71

I do have an upcoming appointment so I thought it may be something to do with that. However, it is the kind of call that is likely to worry people especially when the message says "we will call again in the next 24 hours. In my case that was nearly 4 days ago and I have not had a call yet.

No, this is NOT genuine. I had repeated calls from them claiming to be Portsmouth hospitals NHS trust. "Urgent reminder for appointment for Mr (I can't remember name)". Please bring them to phone. If not here press 1. If not known press 5. No Idea who they are referring to. Promised they would update records. Contacted hospital and they knew nothing about it. Strange spam call as they don't get anything  -- just wasting peoples time.
