Scam call, calls my number ask for my husband and says my husband given his details for marker research. [***], he will give his number, why would he give my number.  She says she is from Waverly council but yet calls from Sydney.

Claims to be a market researcher calling from a company on behalf of mosman council.

Company is a legitimate Research Company contracted by Local Government Councils. They conduct several different types of surveys but the main one is a community survey that asks for your importance and satisfaction of the various services and facilities provided by your local government. It is your chance to have a say on what is provided by your Council and to scorecard what they do for you.

Legitimate? Doubt it

Claimed to be a market researcher calling to do a survey for Auburn Council.

Didn't substantiate any truth to me... and I'm still not interested. Justin must be special.

They are scammers.
Looking at the pattern of these callers, to some they express as Telemarketers & to some they express as Council Survey.
Will report this number & conduct to SCAMWATCH & see how genuine these callers really are.
Has anyone receiving these calls, called any of the Council's to check if these calls are genuinely from the Council's or Telemarketers from genuine companies?
Let's make an effort to let these Councils know & complain & make them aware.

Called me, didn't answer as I know no one in Wyong nor am I expecting any calls from anyone from there. Then see this. Yeah no.. And all these FAKE reviews saying they approved for someone to call them, yeah sure you did and sure they are real. GO AWAY I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER!!!!!
