Not sure if BPI. Called CS and says wala naman daw hinihingi documents sa card application. In process naman daw.

Same yan din tumawag sakin i applied for loan din kaso tagal ng update nila

Tumawag din sakin, missed call. As in pinaring lang phone ko tapos binaba rin. Also past 6 pm na rin tumawag, I think lagpas na ng banking hours.

Yes they are apparently verification service called Support Services Group for BPI
